Sarah Harding`s shape secret is seaweed
The Girls Aloud singer always has a stash of kelp tablets at home to take before meals because they help you digest delicious foods.
She said "I have a few kelp vitamins before I eat. They contain cider vinegar which help to break down carbs and dairy. They help bloating."
And that can only be good news for Sarah who admits that spaghetti bolognese with lashings of butter and parmesan cheese is her favourite food.
She said "I love cooking spaghetti bolognese. I always make it with loads of parmesan cheese and butter on the pasta."
As well as kelp pills, Sarah also regularly takes a host of other vitamins to stay in shape.
She said: "I do take a lot of vitamins to keep myself in shape, Vitamin E, glucosamine, evening primrose oil, acidophilus for digestion and, of course, the kelp tablets."
